9 Steps to a Successful Paint event at your Business

  1. Contact us to select a date and a painting from the Village Arts collection. (We suggest booking 6+ weeks out to insure high attendance)

  2. A short planning meeting onsite may be required for Village Arts to survey the event space. Package deals for the event can be reviewed.

  3. Advertise with your personalized event flyer supplied by Village Arts (suitable for printing, emailing, or posting on your website or Facebook page). We also advertise your event!

  4. Up to 60 guests register on the Village Arts website and pay with Paypal or a credit card.

  5. Village Arts arrives 1 hour early to set up and review the evening's plan. Please provide a dedicated server starting 20 minutes prior to the event.

  6. Guests enjoy 3 hours of painting, socializing, and appreciating your venue. During this time, feel free to highlight new products, present sampling trays, or offer a menu available for purchase.

  7. Each guest goes home with their own canvas MASTERPIECE!

  8. Village Arts cleans up all art materials and ensures that your place of business is paint free.

  9. Your business has new & enthusiastic customers that will spread the word!
